Country Style Chicken with Brussels Sprouts, Carrots and Apples

COUNTRY STYLE CHICKEN WITH BRUSSELS SPROUTS, CARROTS AND APPLES

INGREDIENTS:

One Whole Chicken
2 lbs. of Brussels Sprouts ( Rinse over cold water)
1/4 Cup of Butter
1 tsp. Himalayan Pink Salt
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1 Tbsp. all purpose seasoning
1/4 Cup of fresh chopped Basil
1/4 Cup of fresh chopped Parsley
6-8 bulbs of Garlic
2 Tbsp. fresh Lemon Juice
6 Medium Carrots
2 Large Apples (I used Granny Smith’s)

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS


Preheat the Oven to 400 degree F. Rub your washed Chicken with butter by placing it under the skin along with your chopped herbs. Season your chicken well with salt and pepper and all purpose seasoning. Place Chicken in a large roasting Pan and roast for about 30 minutes. Add your Brussels sprouts, carrots and apples to a different roasting pan and cook for another 30-35 minutes.  Serve your chicken with all your roasted vegetables and bit of Lemon Juice.
