So, my son Richard came home from school on Thursday and told me his best friend a little girl in class told him “it’s over!” He said, “Mom, she repeated the same words over and over again”. I asked what did you do? He put his hands up in frustration and said “nothing mom and she told me it’s over,” I couldn’t stop laughing……..typical little boy, they never know what they did wrong—I asked him do you have another girl you play with in class? He said yes, I said to myself no wonder she said it’s over oh, my, gosh! Can’t have two girls at once he’s a player—- that’s my girl, "It’s over!” His first break up already and he’s in S.K. too funny, too funny.

*************
Today I would like to share a small part of Dr.Dyer’s message from his book called “Changing What’s Inside.” I have had Dr.Dyer’s book now for awhile and if you have a chance to get his book, then I recommend you do.
According to Dr.Dyer in order for us to change what we need to we must first consider the concept of our “inner reality.” Dr.Dyer feels our thoughts create our reality because your thoughts determine how you respond to situations in your daily life. Those responses are the energy you have inside of you to give away. If you feel anger, it’s because you have anger energy in your body. Like everything in our universe, your thoughts are a form of energy. Everything that you feel and experience is the result of what he calls “attractor energies.” This means that you get back what you put out into the world. Thus, what you’ve attracted to you is what you have to give away to others.
It is true that anger cannot be avoided in our society today. Whether you are at work, home, with colleagues, friends and just everyday normal interaction with people in general. We are not perfect beings and at some point we will feel anger if we are having a dispute with someone or if someone hurts us in anyway. Simple put, we can’t avoid this negative energy in today’s world, but what we can do is try to minimize it.
What Dr.Dyer thinks is that “low energy attracts low energy”. Some of the low energy thoughts are anger, hate, shame, guilt, and fear. Not only do they weaken you says, Dr.Dyer but they attract more of the same! By changing your inner thoughts to the higher frequencies of love, harmony, kindness, peace and joy, you’ll attract more of the same, and you’ll have those higher energies to give away. These higher and faster frequencies that empower you will automatically nullify and dissipate the lower energies in the same way that presence of light makes darkness disappear.
According to Dr.Dyer, by becoming more loving toward yourself, you will attract more of the higher, faster energies and begin to change what’s inside you. In your thoughts, cultivate an inner voice and a attitude that’s 100 percent of the time for you. Imagine an aspect of yourself that only supports and loves you. You might schedule a certain time of the day when that’s the only thought you allow yourself to pay attention to! Gradually this attitude will extend to other people even if you can only do it for a minute or two. You’ll begin to receive this energy back and ultimately be able to send thoughts of love and joy to everyone and everything in your world. Notice when your thoughts drift into the lower energy of ridicule, or hate or guilt, and change the thought at that very moment if at all possible. If you’re unable to change the thought, then at least love yourself for what you did do—-that is, for noticing.
One last note, personally I believe Dr.Dyer is so right about how our thoughts can attract low energy thoughts or positive energy thoughts based on how we decide to handle our thought patterns. Be patient with yourself it takes lots of time for us humans to get rid of thoughts or things that does not serve a purpose in our lives. It also takes time to be able to realize that we are in control of our thought patterns not anyone else. We either decide to participate in negativity or we choose not to. You decide what you would like to do, participate or not participate.
I love Dr. Dyer’s life lessons on improving the quality of our lives because he speaks in simple terms and his words are filled with wisdom. To read more about him visit his website below.

Since I have two wonderful children, I always want to make them happy all throughout the year, but especially during the Holidays. I usually am very busy baking for my company or just busy trying to get the house ready for Christmas. This Christmas I will decorate my home as usual, I usually let the kids help with decorating the Christmas Tree, and they can add there own handmade craft items to it as well. During the Christmas season I usually try to attend church on Christmas Eve. If I don’t then I just stay home and watch a couple holiday movies with the kids. This time I will rent a couple movies to watch with the kids though, since that’s what they would like me to do, and I don’t mind at all.
